Please note refreshments are included free of charge at all sessions but where appropriate please bring your own lunch.
WORKSHOPS
MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS
This short course is designed to give you an understanding of Meditation:-
How, when and where to use itDiscovering what it isHow it can enhance your life releasing stress therby improving your quality of life
It is anticipated these will be small group courses
Fee: £10 per session (7.30pm-9pm, 4 week course)
ADVANCED MEDITATION
EXPLORING YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS
This course is designed for those who want to explore an interest in Spiritual & Psychic work with a view to possibly using their skills gained on a professional basis.
The meditation will cover opening and closing chakras, connecting with the divine essence, group discussion etc.
Fee: £15 per session (7.30pm-9.30pm, 8 week course)
PSYCHOMETRY WORKSHOPS
This is designed for those who have already began to develop their psychic skills. A half day workshop understanding what Psychometry is and we can use it. You will learn how to tune into items and read from the memories these items have. We will be using various items to tune into your psychic connection, guaranteed to be an enjoyable event.
Fee: £30 per session (10am-1pm or 1.30pm-4.30pm - Saturdays)
DISCUSSION GROUPS
BOOK CLUB
It is intended that the book club will be relaxed and informal. The group will meet once a month to discuss the 'Book of the Month' which will be spiritual-based and will be chosen on the basis that they are easy to read, enjoyable and hopefully enhance your understanding of spirituality.
Fee: £5 per session payable in advance (to cover 4 months), 7pm-9.30pm
WHAT IS SPIRITUALITY?
What does spirituality mean to you? Here we will explore various aspects of spirituality.
Fee: £7 per session, 7.30pm-9.30pm
